Titania Boddie

Titania Boddie serves as the President of Operations of Barriers Breakthrough Non-Profit Organization, bringing both heart and extensive experience to the execution and impact of its programs and initiatives. She is a proud mother of two and has a deep, unwavering passion for supporting youth and young adults as they navigate their paths in life.

A native of Philadelphia and a first-generation college graduate, Titania’s journey reflects resilience, determination, and purpose. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, along with a Master’s degree in Adult Organizational Development from Temple University—credentials that reflect her lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and service.

With over 20 years of experience in the education field, Titania began her career as an elementary school teacher, building a strong foundation in nurturing and developing young minds. She later transitioned into higher education, where she led and managed a four-year postsecondary certificate program for adults with developmental disabilities and autism. Her work also extends into the mental health space, where she has partnered with centers in both Philadelphia and Arizona to support individuals facing mental health challenges and developmental disabilities with compassion and care.

In her role as President of Operations, Titania oversees the structure, coordination, and delivery of Barriers Breakthrough’s programs and services. She ensures that each initiative is executed with intention, consistency, and measurable impact. Deeply committed to working alongside students and families, Titania focuses on creating access to meaningful opportunities that support education, personal development, and long-term success. Through her leadership, she continues to transform vision into action—empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and helping others realize their fullest potential.
