Lisa's Story
Lisa Odom Zaire is a devoted wife, a proud stepmother, and a loving grandmother to two beautiful grandsons—roles that ground her deeply in family, legacy, and purpose. As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Barriers Breakthrough Non-Profit Organization, Lisa leads with heart, vision, and a genuine desire to see others rise beyond the barriers that attempt to define them.
With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lisa has witnessed the powerful connection between confidence and transformation. She has seen how nurturing both inner self-worth and outer expression can change the trajectory of a person’s life. Her work has never been just about beauty—it has always been about empowerment, identity, and helping individuals see their own value.
In addition to her work in beauty, Lisa’s experience as a realtor has further shaped her understanding of what it truly means to build a life. She recognizes that success goes far beyond financial gain or outward appearances. To her, real success is rooted in purpose, stability, and the ability to create a life that reflects who you are at your core.
Through Barriers Breakthrough, Lisa is committed to guiding youth and young adults as they navigate personal, social, and mental health challenges. She is passionate about helping them build confidence, discover their purpose, and step into lives filled with intention, resilience, and possibility.
